Our bartending service includes cups, cocktail napkins, fresh fruit garnish, straws, bar signs and decor to elevate your bar set up, all bartending tools for mixing drinks, chilling tubs for keeping beer and wine ice cold, and complimentary bar set up and break down. We can accommodate any event of any size from 50 guests to 350 guests. You supply the liquor and mixers. We include a complimentary detailed liquor and mixers shopping list so you will know exactly how much to purchase for your guest count. We understand no two events are alike. We will help you select the best bartending package for your needs and budget. Our packages are customizable. We can provide everything you need for your bar or you can provide more so you can save money on your package. It's completely up to you. We don't do "one-size-fits-all" bartending packages because your event is uniquely you. Let's celebrate that.

Our party helper will ensure water and soda stations are refilled, clear tables of disposables, cut cake, attend to guests' needs, and keep things tidy. 1. Do you provide the alcohol and mixers? No, we are a dry hire service. You will need to provide the alcohol and mixers. We can help you purchase the right amount for your guest count with our cost effective liquor and mixers shopping list. This allows you to shop around for the best deals on liquor and mixers. You also have complete control over your budget and what is being served. No runaway bar costs.

2. How many bartenders are included with your service? We are Kym and Sydney, a mother and daughter team, so it would be the both of us for any event we bartend. If you are planning a smaller, more laidback house party, we can offer our Bartender & Party Helper Package instead. We will both keep the cocktails coming and replenish food, beverage, and dessert stations, cut cake, and clear tables.

3. What is your service area? We serve Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley, Orange County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County. We do not charge travel fees.

4. My guests aren't big drinkers. Can I get by with one bartender? We've been in business since 2009. We have seen a lot of changes in the bartending industry. Back then, you could get by with one bartender. The drinks were basic mixed drinks like Jack & Coke and Vodka Soda. There would only be a long line once in a while. The bartender could restock and attend to guests without getting backed up with orders. Things have changed a lot since then. Since 2018, high end craft cocktails have become more prevalent. These types of cocktails require more ingredients and preparation. The bar lines don't go down anymore. Mocktails have become more sophisticated as well. All drinks take more time to be crafted regardless of whether or not they contain alcohol. In order to keep the bar stocked and the drinks coming out quickly, we require two bartenders.

5. Are there any venue-specific rules we should know about? Some venues have unique requirements (permits, licenses, insurance, etc.). We're happy to coordinate and provide what's needed on our end, but any venue-specific fees or requirements should be confirmed in advance.

6. Do you provide bartending services for beer and wine only? Yes, we can service beer and wine only weddings. We can also do beer and wine/hard seltzers and one signature drink. You are not limited to just cocktails.

9. Some of us don't drink. Can we have a mocktail option on our bar menu? Absolutely! Any of our cocktails can be served as a mocktail to accommodate non drinking guests.

10. Do you coordinate with our planner or venue? Yes. We work closely with your planner, coordinator, and venue staff to ensure seamless service. We make sure all required insurance, licenses, and paperwork is submitted so we're all coordinated and ready to go on your event date. Our clients love that you not only plan your event with us, but we're also the same bartenders who will personally be bartending your event.

11. How much are your bartending packages? We start as low as $450 for our bartender and party helper package for small, brief backyard parties. Our bartending packages for larger events like weddings and Quinceañeras start at $800. These starting costs include two bartenders. We are flexible to work with any budget. Just ask.

12. Are you licensed and insured? Yes. We are RBS licensed for safe serving and fully insured. We can provide a COI naming your venue as additional insured.
