Planning a wedding, Quinceañera, engagement party, birthday party, anniversary party, baby shower, or baptism? Let's party! Our bartending service includes cups, cocktail napkins, fresh fruit garnish, straws, bar signs and decor to elevate your bar set up, all bartending tools for mixing drinks, chilling tubs for keeping beer and wine ice cold, and complimentary bar set up and break down. We can accommodate any event of any size from 50 guests to 350 guests. You supply the liquor and mixers. We include a complimentary detailed liquor and mixers shopping list so you will know exactly how much to purchase for your guest count.

Also included in our bartending package: Introducing our invaluable party helper! Our party helper will ensure water and soda stations are refilled, clear tables of disposables, cut cake, attend to guests' needs, and keep things tidy. This is critical wedding support that caterers don't provide. Don't let the important details get overlooked. Let her be your behind-the-scenes magician, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable celebration!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

1. Do you provide the alcohol and mixers? No, we are a dry hire service. You would need to provide the alcohol and mixers. We can help you purchase the right amount for your guest count with our cost effective liquor and mixers shopping list. This allows you to shop around for the best deals on liquor and mixers. You also have complete control over your budget and what is being served. You're in charge.

2. How many bartenders are included with your service? We are Kym and Sydney, a mother and daughter team, so it would be the both of us for any event we bartend.

3. Do you require a separate bar set up for each of you or can you both work behind the same bar? We work behind the same bar. This not only keeps service quicker and more organized, it also saves you money by avoiding the upcharge of having to pay for an additional bar set up.

4. My guests aren't big drinkers. Can I get by with one bartender? We've been in business since 2009. We have seen a lot of changes in the bartending industry. Back then, you could get by with one bartender. The drinks were basic mixed drinks like Jack & Coke and Vodka Soda. There would only be a long line once in a while. The bartender could restock and attend to guests without getting backed up with orders. Things have changed a lot since then. Since 2018, high end craft cocktails have become more prevalent. These types of cocktails require more ingredients and preparation. The bar lines don't go down anymore. Mocktails have become more sophisticated as well. All drinks take more time to be crafted regardless of whether or not they contain alcohol. In order to keep the bar stocked and the drinks coming out quickly, we require two bartenders.

5. What is the starting price for your bartending packages? Our most affordable package is our bartender/party helper package which starts at $500. This is very popular for small backyard parties where the host doesn't mind providing the bar essentials themselves. We keep the cocktails coming as well as restock food, beverage, and dessert stations, cut cake, and clear tables.

6. Are there any venue-specific rules we should know about? Some venues have unique requirements (permits, licenses, insurance, etc.). We're happy to coordinate and provide what's needed on our end, but any venue-specific fees or requirements should be confirmed in advance.

7. Do you provide bartending services for beer and wine only? Yes, we can service beer and wine only weddings. We can also do beer and wine/hard seltzers and one signature drink. You are not limited to just cocktails.

8. Some of us don't drink. Can we have a mocktail option on our bar menu? Absolutely! Any of our cocktails can be served as a mocktail to accommodate non drinking guests.

9. What happens if guests request drinks outside the agreed menu? We're happy to accommodate
simple variations when possible, as long as the ingredients are available at the bar. For anything beyond that, we'll stick to the pre-approved menu to keep service efficient and consistent for all guests.

10. Do you coordinate with our planner or venue? Yes. We work closely with your planner, coordinator, and venue staff to ensure seamless service.

11. What is your service area? We serve Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County.

12. Are you licensed and insured? Yes. We are RBS licensed for safe serving and fully insured. We can provide a COI naming your venue as additional insured.
