At Kym's Bartenders & Party Helpers, bartending isn't just what we do-it's who we are 🍹Our father and grandfather was a legendary mixologist at a famed Pasadena steakhouse- He was known for drawing crowds around the block with his charm and signature drinks. His passion for people and precision behind the bar lives on through us. He inspired to bartend. We are proud to be three generations of mixologists. We started out bartending weddings, Quinceañeras, anniversary parties, and birthday parties for local catering companies. We were the in-house bartenders for a local wedding venue for several years before going out on our own. We have twenty years of experience bartending. When you hire us, you're getting the most qualified and experienced team for your event. Unlike other bartending services, we don't subcontract our bartenders. You won't get a less qualified or professional bartender sent in our place. You, your wedding planner, and your venue staff can have the peace of mind of knowing that the same team they are planning with will be the same team showing up to your event.

Even if you're hiring a caterer, there are some essential tasks they tend to overlook such as clearing the tables of disposables, refilling sodas and water, cutting cake, maintaining venue/backyard tidiness, and attending to guests' needs. This is a thoughtful addition that ensures you have every detail covered for your special day.

We're the mother-daughter bartending duo serving Southern California since 2009. We started our business at the height of the Great Recession. Over the years, we've worked literally thousands of weddings, Quinceañeras, birthday parties, baptisms, anniversary parties, and other special occasions, mastering the art of speed, accuracy, and connection in fast-paced environments.
