Our waitstaff offers hospitality service to ensure a successful event, and our skilled mixologists will keep you and your guests in good spirits! If you can't find the time to take care of everything for your special event, let Kym's Party Helpers take care of all the details.
If your caterer won't be onsite, we can step in and set up the chafing dishes and serve the food. Our staff will also tray pass hors d'oeuvres, assist with the champagne toast, provide beverage service, cut and serve cake, wash servingware, remove trash, put leftovers in your containers, and clean up the kitchen and dining area. We also offer cutlery service for those rental china dishes: we can scrape, organize, and crate your rental items so they are ready for pick-up.
Using a wedding coordinator? We'll work with your wedding coordinator to make your day easier and theirs as well. Our party captain will act as the liaison between your wedding coordinator and our staff to make sure your directions and wishes are being carried out by our staff in a direct, linear, and well-organized fashion.
Our professional, certified bartenders can shake and stir-we do it all! Our bartenders can offer a cocktail menu designed especially for your wedding or other special event. They have awesome attitudes and will keep the drinks flowing so everything is on-point for your special day.
